Sage Installation and Training
Artaius Ltd is an authorised reseller of Sage products. We advise clients on the appropriate package for their business, install the software, and deliver a tailored training program to help users gain maximum benefit from their Sage software.
We have a very flexible approach to Sage training. Training is provided by qualified accountants, with “hands-on” experience with Sage. This service can be provided either at the client’s offices, or at our offices. We can tailor training to cater for different roles, and can fit in with your daily, weekly and monthly routines.
We take great care to ensure the integrity of data is not compromised, so that the transition from manual bookkeeping, or progression from another bookkeeping software package, is smooth and error-free.
We prefer to use “live” data rather than “dummy” data wherever possible for use in the training process. This ensures that those people being trained can understand how typical transactions of the business should be handled. The by-product of training with real information is that we can perform an accounts “health check” to identify any issues that should be addressed.

There are further options for businesses operating from multiple locations, or with multiple users. We can arrange for Sage to be web-hosted by our ASP partner (Online<>50). Where Sage is web-hosted, it is not necessary to purchase Sage software. Remote assistance can be provided using the “screen-to-screen” facility.
