Our registrar business began as an individual project for a client of our Company Secretarial Division. That client is one of the UK's leading film companies, and we provided the full administration of the successful film finance scheme, utilising EIS reliefs.
We continue to serve this client and have since grown our business to cover other customers involved with EIS funds, company schemes and property and regional funds. In particular, we recently completed the administration of a scheme to develop modern business premises at the last of the original Government Enterprise Zones, which successfully attracted a multi-million pound investment.
