Sage Online Accounting Service
Artaius can supply access to Internet Accounting services using Sage Line 50 Financial Controller Version 12 so that simultaneous access can be gained to your UK company’s accounts and bookkeeping at our offices in Stevenage, and at Head office in your home country.
This can allow interrogation of the software at each of the locations or input of data. The rights of each user can be limited to give whatever level of access is required. You can access the demonstration version of this software by following the instructions below.
We find that this works very well with all of our overseas clients!
Sage
Online 50 (web based accounting software) will enable both Artaius in
the UK and you wherever you choose to be based in the UK to access accounts
24-7 and also enable control to be exercised by you.
Cost £325 + VAT set up one off fee
£70 per month per concurrent user for the entry level of
the software “Accountant”.
If you require stock control and sales and purchase order processing
functions this can be added at a later date but the monthly cost would
rise to around £90 per month. We
have our own user logins here at Artaius so you would probably
only need one for your own use.

- Type log in name as “demo-artltd” using password of “letmein”
- You will then be taken to a screen click onto the Sage V12 icon (at this stage the computer may prompt you to install activex control - you will need to do this to access the remote server where the program is hosted - you will only have to do this the very first time you log on)
- You will then need to log in to the remote server using the same name and password as above
- This will then take you into the programme. Use username of “manager” - no password.
